Researchathon for the 2021 Global Report on Environmental Rule of Law

10.11.20

Open opportunity to contribute to the preparation of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) 2021 Global Report on Environmental Rule of Law (2021 Global Report).  The concept note for the 2021 Global Report is attached.

To support the 2021 Global Report, UNEP is hosting a “Researchathon”; a public call for inputs to solicit good practices related to the promotion and implementation of the environmental rule of law, to be included in the 2021 Global Report as appropriate. Contributors will be acknowledged in the report, if they consent. UNEP encourages you to further share your expertise and knowledge with us in the preparation of this landmark 2021 Global Report by participating in the Researchathon.

Any interested individuals and organizations are encouraged to submit inputs by 15 November 2020.

There are two ways of submitting inputs:

  1. Fill in the template and send to Ms. Olivia Bonner (Olivia.bonner@un.org) with “EROL good practices” in the subject line of the email; or
  2. Fill in the inputs directly on Survey Monkey.  A link to the survey is here.

UNEP looks forward to engaging with all interested stakeholders in preparation of the 2021 Global Report.
